Rookstayer is a player who decided to stay on Rookgaard instead of leaving for the mainland and choosing a vocation. Such a player is also known as a Rookie, Rookslayer, Rookgaardian, Rookguardian or simply Rooker.

Benefits

  • Rookstayer is a small version of knight and paladin, commonly exp with two handed meele weapon and distance weapons if hunting stronger monsters like Mummy.
  • Staying on Rookgaard you never have to be afraid of pk at all.

Drawbacks

  • Very slow and boring progress.
  • No spells, even if runes are obtainable from Wounded Tomb Raider, they cannot be used, due to 0 magic level.

Stat increase per level

  • 10 oz of capacity.
  • 5 hitpoints.
  • 5 mana points.

Regeneration

  • ? hitpoint every ? seconds.
  • ? mana every ? seconds.

Making Money

  • Almost every lootable item is sellable in local NPCs, so loot bags are easy to sell.

Gaining Experience(exp)

  • Rookstayer should focus on obtaining two handed weapon as fast as possible, otherwise exp/h may be even half less effective with one handed weapon.
