Requirements Outfit 100x Giant Spider Leg 50x Carniphila Venom Sac Bottle First Addon 2x Dworc Blowpipe Second Addon 100x Executor Hood 50x Giant Python Leather 10x Black Wool Method Mission 1 Seek out Katy in Kastah. Greet her and ask about "silent" or "sneak". Katy is impressed you managed to catch her off guard. Ask her about "training" and tell her "yes". Your first task will be to create your own poison. Bring her 100 Giant Spider Leg, 50 Carniphila Venom Sac and a Bottle. Hand over the supplies in the order they were requested. Katy will then tell you to come back in 12 hours as she needs some time to prepare the poison. Mission 2 Ask Katy about a "poison" after 12 hours has passed. She will send you on a mission to retrieve something to deliver the poison to your target. Get 2 Dworc Blowpipe, one for you and one for Katy. Once you delivered the blowpipes, you will receive the Brotherhood Outfit. Mission 3 Ask Katy for an "advancement". To climb the ranks of the Brotherhood, you need to help Katy with a task she received. Your task is to collect the materials to create additional hoods for the male associates in the Brotherhood. Bring Katy 100 Executor Hood, 50 Giant Python Leather and 10 Black Wool. Hand over the materials as requested and you will receive the Second Brotherhood Addon. Mission 4 Ask Katy about another "advancement". To receive your own daggers, you will have to find a suitable blade yourself. Katy will create a harness for you to hang them in but wants you to bring two Assassin Dagger. Hand over the two Assassin Dagger to Katy and she will award you with the First Brotherhood Addon.
