The best way is to find a at least 4 sqm rock for example and set the traps around it, then just lure monsters into it. Don't except big exp/h ratio, after the time it's very annoying and boring slow paced non waste type of hunting.

Traps are not well known by everyone on Faloria at the beginning. They are very useful aswell as at low levels to easly slain monsters like Rotworms or Ghouls and at higher levels when we just need some extra cash for example at Crystal Spiders or Heroes.
