Understanding attributes

Attributes are unique enhancements that can be applied to equipment and weapons. Application of an attribute can either be done through the use of enchanting stones or be directly applied when a monster is killed and drop a piece of equipment. The different attributes available are listed below on this page. To see which attributes a specific piece of equipment can have, please visit that items page. Attributes are most often divided into three different tiers which controls the applied effect. For example, the different tiers for an item can increase the chance of the successfully applying a condition on hit.

Attribute equipment frames

Attributed items has an option that displays a frame in the inventory and backpacks of a player. Depending on the amount of attributes on the item, different frames are displayed. If an item has one attribute, a white frame is displayed. If an item has more then one attribute, but no the maximum amount of attributes, a blue frame is displayed. If the item has all attributes available, a golden frame is displayed.

This setting is on by default, but can be turned of in "Options" -> "Interface" -> "Show attribute frames".

Block

Bloodrazor

Elementalist

Firewalker

Effect: Available tiers:
Reduce damage taken (50%) from walking on fire fields. N/A

Fortified

Effect: Available tiers:
Increased armor rating for the item. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Guardian

Effect: Available tiers:
Increase defense value on a weapon or shield. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Haste

Effect: Available tiers:
Increases your movement speed. Tier 1 (+5 speed), Tier 2 (+10 speed)

Intellect

Effect: Available tiers:
Increase magic level. Only available for Sorcerer and Druid. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Lean

Effect: Available tiers:
Reduce weight of an item. Tier 1 (10%), Tier 2 (20%), Tier 3 (30%)

Lifeline

Effect: Available tiers:
When casting a directed healing spell you will also heal yourself. N/A

Overpower

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance (10%) to deal extra (20%) melee damage. N/A

Potion Resilience

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance (5%) to not consume a potion (e.g. mana) when used on yourself. N/A

Precision

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance to deal a critical strike (30%). Tier 1 (2%), Tier 2 (4%), Tier 3 (6%)

Protector

Effect: Available tiers:
Absorbs physical damage. Tier 1 (1%), Tier 2 (2%), Tier 3 (3%)

Reflect

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance to return 40% of the damage taken to your attacker while only taking 60% of the total damage. Damage calculation for reflected damage is performed before shielding and armor is applied. Tier 1 (2%), Tier 2 (3%), Tier 3 (5%)

Rejuvenating

Effect: Available tiers:
Increases health regeneration by X per 8 seconds. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Resistance (elements)

Absorbs all elemental damage. Tier 1 (1%), Tier 2 (2%), Tier 3 (3%)

Resistance (energy)

Sharpshooter

Increase the attack power of your ranged attacks. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Shieldbreaker

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance on melee hit to ignore all the targets defenses (armor and shield) Tier 1 (3%), Tier 2 (4%), Tier 3 (5%)

Shieldwall

Effect: Available tiers:
Increases your shielding skill. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Skirmishing

Effect: Available tiers:
Increases your skills based on vocation. Will give paladins distance and knights sword/club/axe skill. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Spiritual

Effect: Available tiers:
Increases mana regeneration by X per 16 seconds. Tier 1 (+1), Tier 2 (+2), Tier 3 (+3)

Swiftshot

Effect: Available tiers:
Chance to fire an extra projectile from a ranged weapon. Tier 1 (3%), Tier 2 (5%), Tier 3 (8%)

Thorns

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance to reflect 40% of melee damage taken. Damage to be reflected will be calculated before armor and shield is applied. Tier 1 (2%), Tier 2 (3%), Tier 3 (5%)

Twin Strike

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance to strike twice with your melee weapon. Tier 1 (3%), Tier 2 (6%), Tier 3 (10%)

Vampiric

Effect: Available tiers:
Has a chance (15%) to return melee damage as life. Tier 1 (5%), Tier 2 (10%), Tier 3 (15%)

Vitality
