Requirements First Addon 50x White Wool 50x Banshee Robe 100x Torn Vampire Cape 30,000 Gold Coin Second Addon 100x Hydra Leather 50x Colorful Feather Legion Helmet Method Mission 1 Go to Venore and talk to the fashionista Norbert. Ask him about his "outfit". He will tell you it was gifted to him by a friend. He could mediate a contact for you to have your own robe made, but you would have to help him out first.
